Career
Samuel Lee is a foreign attorney (licensed in CA, NY, OH and the USPTO), who has twenty-four years of experience in all aspects of IP, including international dispute resolution, IP transactions, and technology due diligence in the electrical, chemical, pharmaceutical (including biologics), and software arts. Mr. Lee utilizes both his in-house experience at the Procter & Gamble Company and Samsung Electronics and law firm experience at Baker Botts and Yulchon to provide clients with real-world legal advice. Mr. Lee has experience litigating in the US ITC, the US District Courts (e.g., EDTX, NDTX, EDVA, NDCA, Delaware, and Wisconsin), the German district courts, and the Japanese district courts. Mr. Lee also knows a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals (including biologics), specialty chemicals (including polymers and catalysts), semiconductors (including memory, applications processors, LEDs, and OLEDs), cell phones, printers, hard disk drives, and LOCs (lab-on-a-chip). As a result, Mr. Lee has hands-on experience with every aspect of US patent litigation.
