Advises and counsels clients on industrial solid waste matters related to wastewater treatment facilities and the recycling/reuse of treated wastewater and/or solids resulting from treatment, particularly tracking implications of potential new requirements for emerging contaminants. Recent work for upstream clients includes management options for produced water, including produced water discharge; for midstream clients, she handles matters associated with carbon sequestration.
With a technical background, is well-positioned to counsel on challenging issues related to compliance with surface water quality-based requirements on dischargers.
