Having spent his entire career to date working with some of the most pre-eminent practitioners in generations before him, Sarfraz has accrued significant expertise across the whole spectrum of family law work. He has particular experience advising HNW and UHNW clients on complex, and often international, financial disputes arising on divorce/separation, nuptial agreements, contested children matters and cases concerning the international relocation of children.

Combining a broad strategic focus with impeccable attention to detail, Sarfraz has a formidable track record in delivering solutions for his clients even in the most financially and emotionally complex cases.

Sarfraz's aim in all cases is to diffuse conflict and resolve issues in his client's best interests. He is a strong proponent of alternative forms of dispute resolution but also an extremely talented litigator who will fight his client's corner where necessary to achieve a positive outcome.
