SHARON FLANAGAN is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Executive Committee and has over 25 years of experience representing companies in a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions, with a particular focus on the life sciences/healthcare and technology industries. She represents both buyers and sellers, in a broad range of transactions, including public company acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other strategic transactions. Sharon also advises public companies on securities offerings, corporate governance, disclosure and other SEC compliance matters. Sharon serves as the San Francisco office managing partner, and is a leader of the firm’s Global Life Sciences practice.
