Simon has experience in bringing and defending judicial reviews and advises and represents those involved in the delivery of public services in respect of regulatory investigation, inquests, data protection, public inquiries, and governance.
Simon has a special interest in mental health, community care and capacity law and regularly deals with complex Article 2 and Jury inquests where management of health and mental health is in issue, in addition to cases in the High Court and Court of Protection concerning the care and treatment of children and adults who lack the ability to make decisions for themselves.
