Sonya is Head of William Fry Tax Advisors. She advises both domestic and multi-national corporations across a range of sectors on Irish tax matters including corporate tax, VAT and stamp duty. She is a key member of the firm’s FDI group.
Her extensive experience includes advising on inward investment, IP and international tax structuring, reorganisations, real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Sonya is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Irish Tax Institute. She is a member of the Law Society Taxation Committee.
