Sophie Eyre

Sophie Eyre heads the aviation disputes team at Bird & Bird and is well known for her strength in repossessions, redelivery and disputes claims. She lends her abilities to both arbitration and litigation proceedings, including those relating to contractual breaches.

Sophie Eyre is co-head of Bird & Bird's international dispute resolution group and also heads the fraud team. She has great depth of experience advising on fraud claims and asset tracing, including matters that concern multiple jurisdictions.

Sophie Eyre is co-head of the firm's international disputes practice. She is recognised for her cross-border disputes expertise and has particular experience handling award enforcement disputes. She is familiar with arbitrations held under the rules of the ICC and AAA.
