Ståle Gjengset has an internationally oriented practice focused on working with industrial companies, financial institutions and investment banks on M&A and capital market transactions. He also has considerable experience with financing and financial restructuring. He was in charge of the first and, at present, only Norwegian refinancing that was carried out through the US "Chapter 11" regulations. He has long experience with international negotiations and transactions.
