Stefan Mayer heads the tax practice of Gleiss Lutz. He advises clients on all aspects of domestic and international tax law, with a focus on transactions-related tax issues. In particular, he advises clients on M&A transactions, real estate transactions as well as restructurings of distressed companies. His practice also includes advice on reorganisations as well as tax planning and succession planning.
Career
Stefan Mayer studied at the Universities of Mainz and Münster. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2011. He was admitted as a tax advisor in 2006.
