Career
Stephen Calhoun is a litigation attorney who represents companies from a variety of industries as both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout Texas and across the country. Stephen has experience handling a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including cases involving contract claims, real estate matters, employment and non-compete agreements, business torts, healthcare issues, insurance claims, and class actions. Stephen also defends organizations and individuals against significant injury and property-damage claims.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker in San Antonio, Stephen served as a law clerk for Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and practiced for over five years in Austin at another international law firm.
