A Far East Consortium on a 15 year Northern Gateway Project, including advising on land acquisitions, structuring and appropriation of land through planning purposes, development constraints, and providing support on joint venture arrangements.

Lead partner for Mayfield Partnership on the £850m mixed use regeneration scheme at Mayfield, Piccadilly and advises on all aspects of development matters include meantime uses, development constraints, and estate management structuring and set up.

Select Property Group on the £750m joint venture funding arrangements for Circle Square, Manchester.

Manchester Airport Group on the sale of non-core real estate assets at Manchester, Stanstead and East Midlands Airports to Columbia Threadneedle for £350m.

Manchester Airport Group on the real estate aspects of the corporate disposal of Bournemouth Airport to Regional and City Airports and separately advised on the group reorganisation of a £500m portfolio of non-core property assets.

Placefirst on the acquisition of a high value residential property portfolio acquisition within the private rental sector.

Leading a team of associates on asset management work for Columnbia Threadneedle, and advising Cromwell Property Group on a wide variety of transactions across their portfolio including a multi-million pound disposal of an industrial property portfolio, shopping centre acquisitions, complex overage and option agreements, condition sale and letting agreements and refinancing

Tanya is a Partner in the Manchester office. During her career she has acted on all aspects of real estate transactions from asset management to individual and portfolio acquisitions and disposals, funding arrangements to complex regeneration and development schemes.

Tanya’s current client list includes Columbia Threadneedle, Mayfield Developments, Far East Consortium, Manchester City Council, Ask Real Estate, Placefirst, Muse Developments and Caddick Developments. She has undertaken a number of client secondments in the past which has given her first-hand experience of what clients what and need from a legal service provider and places client service at the centre of her practice.
