Tarek Abdalla represents contractors, owners, developers, equipment suppliers, and design professionals on major energy and infrastructure projects including conventional, renewable and nuclear power plants, pipelines, and other energy infrastructure. He has considerable experience advising clients involved in constructing industrial and manufacturing facilities, municipal infrastructure, roads, bridges, and commercial developments. Tarek has practiced and lived in the United States and in the Middle East and has worked on projects and disputes throughout the United States and in Europe and the Middle East. He has handled matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has also acted as lead counsel in arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce, the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, the London Court of International Arbitration, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, JAMS, and the American Arbitration Association.
