Experience

Teresa’s practice is extensive and includes regulatory, litigation, transactional, legislative, and appellate work. She counsels clients on such issues as renewable energy and energy storage transactions and associated regulatory approval, and utility rate making, including large contested general rate cases and rate investigations. She works extensively with other aspects of utility regulation, including alternative regulation and deregulation, competition, construction of new facilities, customer-specific contracts, demand side management, energy policy, financing, integrated resource planning, grid modernization, and utility of the future strategies.
