Thomas Baudesson

Practice Areas

Thomas Baudesson specialises in commercial litigation and more particularly commercial contracts, corporate, product liability, labour law, domestic arbitration, white collar crimes, injunctions and conservatory measures.

Thomas regularly advises on matters related to industrials, particularly aerospace & defence and automotive. Partner since 2001 in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, he co-leads the White-Collar Crime, Investigation and Compliance practice. As a former Member of the Paris Bar Council, Thomas has in-depth expertise in white-collar crime and commercial litigation.

For the last 15 years, he has been handling several very high-profile multijurisdictional litigation cases.

As part of the administration of these cases, he has regular contact with major authorities in criminal investigations both in France and abroad.
