Career

Tom York has defended clients in antitrust litigation, merger review, and civil and criminal antitrust investigations for more than a decade. He routinely represents clients before the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, state attorneys general, and international antitrust enforcers. Tom works across a range of industries, including consumer products, emerging technology, health care, oil and gas, sports, and transportation. He also regularly counsels clients on a variety of antitrust issues, including internal investigations and implementing antitrust compliance programs.
