Tina has over 15 years of experience in Vietnam. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and international capital markets. She regularly advises multi-nationals, private equity firms, financial sponsors, and corporates on cross-border public and private M&A transactions and growth stage fundraising. Her practice also focusses on advising issuers and underwriters in debt and equity international capital markets transactions. Tina’s practice spans across sectors including, consumer and retail, manufacturing, fintech, education and insurance.
