Tobias Bräutigam is a partner and the Head of Bird & Bird's Privacy and Data Protection group in Helsinki, where he advises his local and international clients on complex privacy issues.

As a leading European expert on data protection, his practice offers detailed privacy advice on a range of matters including the development of new products and services, the review and negotiation of contracts, and the drafting of policies and review of campaigns. Tobias also advises his clients on Finnish and international GDPR projects, including the implementation of global data management strategies, international data transfers and local data protection compliance.
