Tomasz Korczyński is the Head of the Infrastructure and Government Contracts Practice in the Greenberg Traurig’s Warsaw Office. He specialises in advising private and public entities, and financial institutions on the implementation of infrastructure projects, including public procurement projects, public-private partnership (PPP) projects and construction works concessions. He has advised clients on a number of significant and ground-breaking infrastructure projects in the fields of regeneration, energy efficiency, healthcare, transport, water and waste water, education, public buildings and social housing.

Tomasz is serving his 4th term as a Member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He is a member of the Council of the International Project Finance Association (IPFA) in Poland. He served as an expert for the Parliamentary Commission “Przyjazne Państwo” (eng. Friendly Government), which was responsible for amending the PPP Act. He has authored and co-authored numerous publications on PPP-related issues, public work concessions and other forms of public-private investment. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and courses on PPP both in Poland and abroad, and is a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics. Tomasz has also been a lecturer at the Warsaw Bar Association for many years.
