Career

Tony is a partner in the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group and currently serves as chair of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions; private equity and venture capital transactions; joint ventures and other strategic transactions; and manufacturing, distribution, supply, and other commercial agreements. His practice also focuses on corporate governance and general corporate matters.
