Tricia leads the Blakes Montréal Cannabis Group, and she is a key member of the Firm’s national Cannabis Group. She has a broad corporate and commercial practice, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate reorganizations. She also provides legal risk assessments to financial and strategic investors in the cannabis industry.

Tricia also acts for a variety of innovative technology, life sciences, and healthcare companies and investors. She advises domestic and international clients on their private M&A, roll-up transactions, complex commercial transactions, joint ventures, licensing agreements and biopharma partnerships. Tricia has worked extensively with healthcare professionals, medical clinics and medical device manufacturers in their rapid growth operations, including telemedicine and digital healthcare.
