Uri Itkin is a first chair litigator and trial lawyer in Akin’s investment funds litigation practice. He has extensive experience representing investment funds and high net worth individuals in structured finance, complex financial products, distressed corporate debt and commercial real estate disputes. His practice spans representing plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts across the country, as well as in arbitration.
