Intellectual Property.
Vasco is the co-coordinator of the intellectual property team as well as co-coordinator of Team Genesis. Vasco has worked in the IP field since 2000, namely in protection strategy and implementation, licensing, assignments, valuation and dispute resolution, frequently assisting in litigation cases involving trademarks, patents and copyright. Vasco is an accredited IP Agent before the national PTO and a registered Professional Representative before EUIPO. He is also a listed arbitrator at ARBITRARE, member of the board of LES Spain-Portugal and former Chair of the Lex Mundi IP Practice Group (2019-2021). Vasco teaches and writes frequently on matters of intellectual property, both in Portugal and abroad.

Law Degree (Lusíada University), LL.M (Edinburgh University), MA (Hons) in International Relations and Modern History (St. Andrews University).
