Practice Areas

Vincent’s practice focuses on helping clients in innovation-intensive industries, including the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and technology industries. Vincent assists clients in bringing new products and services to market, or in preserving their market position, by strategically obtaining or litigating intellectual property rights.

In addition to providing commercial advice, Vincent appears before all levels of Canadian courts, in both English and French, including the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Career

From 2000 to 2003, Vincent practised intellectual property and commercial litigation at a well-known New York firm. After graduating from law school, Vincent served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Antonio Lamer of the Supreme Court of Canada.
