Vincenzo is an employment and commercial lawyer based in Milan. He advises clients on all aspects of employment and labor law, including corporate restructurings, business transfers, mass redundancies, individual dismissals, employment contracts, HR regulations and policies, as well as commercial and insurance agency and distribution law.
Vincenzo is also an experienced litigator specializing in employment and commercial agency cases.
Career
Vincenzo graduated with honors (cum laude) from the University of Naples and received the Lawyer Honors (Toga d’Onore al Merito) from the Law Society of Naples, recognizing his position as the top-ranking lawyer qualified in 2013.
In 2016, Vincenzo was honored with the “Emerging Lawyer of the Year” award at the Legalcommunity Labour Awards, and since 2017, he has been a Lecturer at the Business School of Sole 24 Ore.

Work Highlights
Advised The Walt Disney Company in several RIFs, successfully concluded through agreements signed with the unions of the telecommunication sector.
Advised Caterpillar Hydraulics Italy in a significant collective dismissal procedure, successfully concluded with a reindustrialization agreement signed during a crisis table opened before the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Labour. The agreement ensured employment and production continuity at the Jesi plant, which was acquired by IMR Industriale Sud.
Represented Caterpillar Hydraulics Italy in a trial concerning anti-union behavior before the Court of Ancona. The trial focused on the alleged breach of information and consultation obligations as provided by the metalworkers’ national collective bargaining agreement and the applied company-level agreement.
Advised Whirlpool EMEA in the closure of one of its manufacturing plants, involving more than 320 employees, through a collective dismissal procedure. The process was successfully concluded during a crisis table before the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Labour.
Represented Whirlpool EMEA in a trial concerning anti-union behavior before the Court of Naples. The trial revolved around the alleged breach of the industrial plan that was signed before the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Labour.
Advised GAP in the transfer of all its Italian operations to OVS, accomplished through an agreement signed with the national unions of the trade sector.
