Warren Koons practices commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on purchase and sales and like-kind exchange transactions. He knows that the keys to adding value are communicating well and fully with clients and understanding their business, industry, and immediate and longer-term goals and concerns. He understands that it sometimes takes a team approach to effectively serve a client or solve a complex problem.

For more than 35 years, Warren has worked closely with companies, investors, and owners to structure, negotiate and close a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. He has developed strong, long-term relationships with many clients, which helps deepen his understanding of the organizations and individuals he works with and allows him to provide informed, effective, and efficient services to them.
