Bill focuses his practice on representing major financial institutions in their roles as trustee, paying agent, master servicer, servicer, and custodian in mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitization transactions and disputes. He counsels clients on a broad range of transactional, litigation, bankruptcy, and regulatory compliance matters. He regularly counsels clients on a range of issues that affected global capital markets.
