Wynn Pakdeejit heads the Dispute Resolution Practice Group and co-heads the Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group at Baker McKenzie Bangkok office. He brings nearly three decades of expertise and experience in domestic and international litigation handling complex commercial disputes, construction litigation, tax and customs matters, compliance and anti-corruption cases, insolvency and debt restructuring proceedings and arbitration. Wynn is highly regarded for his innovative and practical solutions and is continuously engaged by Thailand's leading corporations and high-profile individuals.

Wynn is also Managing Partner of the Baker McKenzie Bangkok office.

Career

Wynn previously headed Baker McKenzie's Asia Pacific Dispute Resolution Group from 2014 to 2017.
