Zeke leads the private funds team at Faegre Drinker. He counsels alternative investment management clients on fund organization and operation and regulatory and compliance matters. Zeke also advises limited partners investing in private funds.

Zeke has experience in legal matters related to structuring and managing:

• Hybrid committed capital funds, including private credit funds

Zeke advises on:

• Fund launches and restructurings

• Formation and registration of investment advisers, commodity trading advisors and commodity pool operators

• Negotiation of side letters, single investor funds and managed account agreements

• Secondary transactions, including GP-led secondaries

• Co-investment vehicle formation

• Seeding, sales and purchases of investment funds and managers

• U.S. product offerings of non-U.S. managers

• Review and negotiation of fund documents for institutional investors
