Career
Zoran Šoljaga is an attorney at law focused on competition and anti-trust matters in Serbia and the wider region. Before joining Schoenherr in 2016, Zoran worked seven years in Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition. During his time in the Competition Authority in Serbia, he was working on competition cases involving companies in energy, food production and retail, telecommunication, transport, pharmaceutical, public services and other relevant industries, with respect to restrictive agreements, bid-rigging, abuse of dominant position and merger control proceedings. At Schoenherr, he advised NIKE, OMV, CHR and Phoenix Group on various complex competition matters. He has created and delivered competition compliance trainings for Banca Intesa, The Association of Serian Banks, OMV BASF, Mtel (Telekom Srbije), Gorenje, CGH, PepsiCo and Merkator (Agrokor Group).
