Luis Andrés is the leader of the Real Estate Law and Businees Law team. Graduate in Law and Master in Private Law from the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus.
With more than 11 years of experience, Luis Andrés has successfully advised clients in the planning, execution and commercialization of real estate projects located in various parts of the Mexican Republic.
Gerardo is the leader of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, as well as Corporate and Business Law team. He is currently a professor at the same house of studies, in the classes of General Theory of Obligations and Contracts (2016 to date) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (from 2017 to date). In his professional practice Gerardo has successfully advised national and international clients in litigation of a civil, commercial and administrative matters. In addition, he has also successfully advised clients in the design, organization and implementation of contractual, corporate and fiduciary structures for their companies.
