Baker Williams Matthiesen LLP is a boutique law firm in Houston, Texas. Our lawyers formerly practiced at elite large law firms. We have brought our experience into the small firm setting in order to provide better service and value to our clients.

Our transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private and public finance, local government law, and real estate matters. Our intellectual property practice includes trademark counseling, prosecution, licensing, enforcement and litigation; advertising counseling and review; copyright disputes; right of publicity matters and trade secret litigation.
