Firm Overview:
Bellevue Law is a boutique law firm specialising in employment, litigation, dispute resolution and investigations and private client work. The firm’s team of senior ex-City lawyers offers clients the quality and expertise of a major firm, cost-effectively.
The firm was founded with a commitment to flexible working, supporting lawyers with great infrastructure and enabling them to work when and where they choose. The result is a unique, exciting work model and a friendly culture that allows the firm to attract really exceptional talent, and clients to benefit from the support of outstanding lawyers with large-firm standards and work ethics, at the right price. In an industry which struggles to retain female talent, 80% of the firm's lawyers are women.
Bellevue Law was the first UK law firm to be accredited under the Good Business Charter, which recognises ethical, responsible and sustainable business practices, and has submitted for B Corp accreditation.
Bellevue Law is recognised by both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, where Florence Brocklesby, the firm’s founder, is recognised as a leading individual. One client told the Legal 500 2022 that: "Bellevue represents an extremely compelling value proposition: they are a team of highly trained lawyers who deliver all that the Magic Circle does in terms of expertise, judgement, client handling skills but at a fraction of the cost. Their success is richly deserved.” The firm was Highly Commended in the Boutique Law Firm of the Year category at The Lawyer Awards 2022.
