Designed and built to serve the construction industry, Blueprint Construction Counsel assists clients on public and private construction projects throughout the United States and outside its borders – working with clients to identify, develop, and perform the legal services required on each project, from pre-bid through project close-out. The scope and form of Legal Design-Build™ services performed is project-specific – tailored to meet the client’s short-term needs, while supporting its long-term success. Clients include a number of the largest companies ranked by Engineering News Record.

Blueprint Construction Counsel’s core competency is working alongside clients as an integrated part of a project team: assisting with risk avoidance and mitigation at the contracting stage; providing contractual compliance services over the course of a project; and helping to identify, allay, and resolve problems as they emerge in order to minimize project impacts and losses, and avoid the necessity of formal dispute proceedings. Blueprint’s pragmatic approach to dispute resolution focuses on identifying and satisfying the client’s bottom-line needs and achieving early resolution of disputes through efficient and cost-effective means.

Danielle J. Cole and Thomas M. Hall founded Blueprint Construction Counsel, LLP in January 2016 in follow-up to their prior work together as partners with Peckar & Abramson, P.C., a boutique construction law firm. In January of 2019, Arlan D. Lewis joined Blueprint Construction Counsel as a Partner, founding the firm's office in Birmingham, AL. Prior to joining Blueprint, Mr. Lewis was a partner with the construction practice group of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. The partnership of Blueprint Construction Counsel expanded again in February of 2021 when Angus N. McFadden joined the firm. Mr. McFadden was previously a partner in King & Spalding LLP's global construction transactions group. Brad G. Proctor joined the firm as an Associate in 2018 and thereafter joined the Blueprint partnership in January of 2022. Blueprint Construction Counsel's team includes many talented Counsels, Associates, Claims Analysts, E-Discovery Analysts, and Legal Assistants.
