CKA & Associados -Sociedade de Advogados, RL., is located in Luanda, in the Torre Ambiente Building, located in Largo do Ambiente, turning to Rua Major Kanhangulo, n.º 11, 2nd floor, door C, counting currently with 4 (four) duly qualified senior lawyers and 3 (three) junior lawyers, 9 (nine) trainee lawyers and with a great perspective of increasing the number of Lawyers, also having consultants and collaborators, on a non-permanent basis, specialized in different areas of knowledge, namely in economics, management and environment.

Our Firm provides legal services in various branches of law, namely civil and commercial law, banking law, real estate law, tax law, customs law, labor law, natural resources law, administrative law, criminal law, international trade law, registry and notary operations, private investment operations - including the respective litigation.

Within the scope of commercial law, our office provides the necessary advice for the constitution, regularization, liquidation, transformation, merger and division of commercial companies, drafting of statutes, issue of shares, opening and regularization of minutes books and registration of shares with of the competent Tax Offices.

In the field of banking law, CKA & Associados - Sociedade de Advogados, RL. has been providing consultancy services and legal representation to several banking institutions.

With regard to real estate assistance, namely real estate projects, the provision of services includes the legal advice necessary to format the intended operation, including the preparation of documents and contracts relating to partnerships and project financing operation.

In addition to the advice indicated above, we are also dedicated to the provision of real estate regularization services, namely, the preparation of public purchase and sale deeds, and subsequent registration of properties already transacted.

In the field of Civil Law, our work includes, among other things, essentially advising on the most varied perspectives; provision of legal assistance for the preparation of contracts and their formalization, when necessary, and provision of legal or forensic representation.

In terms of employment, our services range from the necessary legal assistance to the organization and coordinated operation of human resources areas or departments, among others.

Within the scope of private investment operations, our office provides the necessary advice for the design of the private investment contract draft, the instruction and monitoring of projects, including the provision of additional information to the competent institutions for project approval, for clarification and speeding up the decision.
