Ms. Sullivan has been practicing law for 20 years in a wide range of roles, industries, and organizations. She has leveraged her experience to build a portfolio of transferable skills that set her apart from other attorneys. She approaches her legal advice with a holistic business mindset, efficiently learns and translates the laws of various industries, simplifies the complex, and is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to legal challenges. Ms. Sullivan was featured on the cover of May/June 2024 San Antonio Lawyer for her Command of the Field. Additionally, Marquis Who's Who recognized Ms. Sullivan in its list of 2025 Honorees, and Scene in S.A. recognized Ms. Sullivan as a 2024 Outstanding Woman in the Law.

Most recently, Ms. Sullivan served as the General Counsel for a franchising company, overseeing the Legal Department for a growing membership-based spa franchise system with over 100 units in the United States and Canada. Prior to that, she was an executive in the Compliance Department at a large financial institution, overseeing a team of nearly 30 compliance professionals and assisting the company in mitigating its regulatory risk. Elena also considers herself a “retired litigator,” who first-chaired cases valued up to $150 million. She was a commercial trial attorney for 12 years, serving as a Partner at the largest law firm in Texas after starting her career at an insurance defense firm.

Our name, "Endereza," which means "straighten" in Spanish, reflects our dedication to helping businesses grow strong and resilient. We are inspired by the Latin American phrase, "un árbol que crece chueco, nunca endereza," meaning "a tree that grows crooked, never straightens," symbolizing our commitment to nurturing and protecting our clients' roots for sustainable growth.

Franchise Law: As a franchise attorney, Ms. Sullivan represents franchisors and franchisees. For franchisors, Endereza Law's services include advising on franchise development, franchise disclosure documents, distribution, intellectual property protection, and compliance, ensuring that our clients meet all regulatory requirements. We also provide support to franchisees throughout the franchise lifecycle, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements and renewals, providing guidance on compliance with franchise agreements and brand standards, and counseling on contract disputes.
