The law firm is considered one of the absolute top firms within this area in Sweden and its lawyers have extensive experience of assisting clients in matters before competition authorities, such as the Swedish Competition Authority, the European Commission, and regulatory authorities and courts, including the Patent- and market court, the Swedish Supreme Court and the EU courts. The firm assists companies and investment banks with analyses in connection with potential mergers & acquisitions, preparation of merger control filings and negotiations with the relevant competition authorities.
