- Dispute Resolution Practice:
As many of our clients are seeking to maximize opportunities in an increasingly competitive market place, civil disputes are inescapable. In addition, with evolving regulatory requirements, increased corporate scrutiny as well as an expanding scope of transactions these disputes are progressively becoming more difficult.

With a hard-to-rival success rate, we remain the firm to consult in respect of complex litigation and arbitration matters within the East African region.
Our partners are recognized authorities in public procurement law, constitutional and administrative actions, security realization, media law, tax law and intellectual property law. This practice group has been involved in the first ever dispute referred to the Petition Committee under the Public Private Partnership Act of 2013, arising out of the 960MW Coal project in Lamu.
