Dr. Peter Nägele, a highly experienced senior partner, brings over 25 years of expertise as an attorney, trustee, and notary to the team. Renowned for his unparalleled knowledge, he has successfully counseled life insurance companies both domestically and internationally, navigating the unique challenges of the sector. With a deep understanding of the international legal framework, he has facilitated clients' success in the global business landscape. Mag. iur. Fabienne Muxel heads the Litigation Department and amongst others represents clients in banking and finance related proceedings, such as white-collar crime matters, including money laundering and VAT carousel fraud, or the enforcement of foreign arbitral rewards.

Mag. iur. Johannes Virleitner, LL.M., who was named partner in 2021, serves as the Head of the Banking and Finance Department, providing in-depth advice on capital markets and securities law, and mainly focuses on banking and supervisory law. The constant development in this department led to the firm being recognised as national and international leader for carrying out Fintech projects.
