Intellectual Property:
The firm provides full IP service coverage which involves developing successful protection and enforcement strategies for its clients, covering the development of IP portfolio, acquisition of IPRs, commercialisation of IPRs, providing assistance in conducting a variety of market research, enforcement and management of IPRs including patents (inventions and utility models), designs, trademarks and geographical indications, domain names, copyright and related rights, plant breeders’ rights both on the national and international level.

Anti-Counterfeiting & Anti-Piracy:
The firm’s lawyers have been involved in anticounterfeiting and anti-piracy activities since the implementation of the relevant provisions on IPR enforcement in the Ukraine laws. The company has an exclusive expertise and experience in this field which is strengthened by its strong international connections with the worldwide network of experts. Pakharenko & Partners is a member of international anti-counterfeiting organisations and is one of the founders of the Ukraine Alliance Against Counterfeiting and Piracy (UAACP), a national anti-counterfeiting coalition aimed at increasing the effectiveness of intellectual property rights holders in the campaign against the trade in fakes in Ukraine and in international commerce with Ukraine.
