• Contract Disputes: We assist small, medium, and large corporations with all manner of contract disputes, including those involving non-competition agreements, supplier disputes, disputes under the Uniform Commercial Code, construction contract disputes, and real estate contract disputes.
• No-Fault/Provider Litigation: We represent healthcare companies seeking payment for their services under the Michigan No-Fault Act. Often these matters involve analysis of not only the key statutory law, but also complex areas concerning Medicare, contract law, and medical records and terminology.
