THE FIRM A specialist firm advising parties involved in construction engineering and infrastructure projects, with recent experience in the building, civil engineering, defence, education, energy, healthcare, housing, leisure, PFI/ PPP, regeneration, transport, waste and water sectors. The firm advises on both the drafting and negotiation of documentation, and all aspects of dispute avoidance and resolution in the construction and engineering industry. The firm has particular experience of adjudication and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, and arbitration, both in the UK and abroad. Whilst based in the south east, the firm works for clients and on projects across the country and internationally.
