Our founders, Gary N. Skoloff and Saul A. Wolfe, are deeply experienced in their chosen areas of practice in matrimonial law and real property valuation, respectively. Mr. Skoloff is the co-author of a family law treatise in New Jersey, The New Jersey Family Law Practice now in its fifteenth edition. Mr. Wolfe was instrumental in the effort to create the New Jersey Tax Court and past-president of the NJ Bar Association. He helped draft its original Rules of Practice and served as one of the original members of the New Jersey Court Committee on the Tax Court.
Today, our co-managing partners continue our founders’ dedication by asserting their industry-shifting influence in many ways. Jonathan Wolfe has recognized on the list “Leading Lawyers In America” by Best Lawyers. He is also recognized in the list“500 Leading Lawyers” by Lawdragon. He recently served as Chair of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section and was also recognized by International Business Times. He continues to represent publicly and privately held companies and individuals in high-stakes complex business litigation.
David Wolfe serves on the Board of the National Association of Property Tax Attorneys (NAPTA) and as the Co-Chair of the Real Property Tax Practice Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). In 2020 he was listed as an ROI Influencer in Real Estate.
