Overview

Summit Trust Guernsey was established under the name of Aquitaine in 2008. After a merger in 2013 with Goethe Management, a similar-minded independent trust company led by Steve Ward, the company firmly established its place and reputation in Guernsey’s fiduciary services market. In September 2021, the company joined forces with Summit Trust International SA to widen its global footprint, broaden its service offering to clients and create more opportunities for its people to develop and grow.

The company went on to acquire Guernsey-based Federal Trust Company Ltd in July 2021, consolidating its position in the Guernsey market and reinforcing a personalised, practical, and common-sense approach to servicing clients and their professional advisers.
