Recent or Impressive Work:
V&T is one of the few law firms that focuses on providing legal services to large state-owned enterprises in real estate. Since 1997, V&T has been the permanent legal advisor of Overseas Chinese Town Group Inc., Overseas Chinese Town Co, Ltd and all its subsidiaries and branches, and has participated in almost every project of OCT over the past 20 years of development and construction.

Based on its profound accumulation in the real estate field, V&T was expanded to the asset securitization business related to real estate enterprises and has already occupied a high market share in South China: by the end of 2020, more than 180 special plans provided by the team with legal services have been successfully established (including 82 successfully established in 2020, with the issuance of products amount to CNY 64.661 billion and a market share of 7.47%).

Real Estate Enterprise Investment & M&A: Shimao Group’s acquisition of large-scale real estate asset package project of Fujian Fusheng Group, as well as its acquisition of Shenzhen regional real estate asset package project of Shenzhen Dealskey Investment Group, etc. Shenzhen Qianhai Investment Holding Co., Ltd.’s acquisition of Equity in CIMC Property City Group, a large real estate enterprise.

Urban Renewal: China Shipping Group Acquires Urban Renewal Project in Shenzhen Bao’an District 25, Overseas Chinese Town Group Acquires Large-Scale Urban Renewal Project in Zhangbei District and Ao Bei Ci Chang Factory in Longgang District, Shenzhen. Fantasia Group Acquires Land Preparation Interest Coordination Project in Longhua District, Shenzhen.
