In re Packaged Seafood Antitrust Litigation, No. 15-MD-2670 (S.D. Cal.), the Firm recovered more than $152 million for canned tuna purchasers and achieved a milestone appellate decision on class certification that has been cited nearly 1,000 times by courts throughout the United States.
