This new section covers inter-state disputes before international courts and tribunals, including expertise in international humanitarian law, sovereign immunity, sanctions and boundary rights.

Distribution/Commercial Contracts
Firms can now submit to this new section covering non-public sector commercial agreements, including supply, agency, distribution, franchising and manufacturing agreements for both domestic and cross-border activities.
Submission Deadline: 28 May 2025
Environmental, Social, and Governance
This new table recognises firms advising on ESG responsibilities, including climate change litigation, sustainable finance, supply chain analysis, and responses to socio-cultural developments. The section considers both preventative advice and crisis response capabilities.

International Trade/WTO
Firms can now submit to this new section covering trade cases, including anti-dumping, countervailing duties, export control, customs/tariff classifications and WTO disputes.

Foreign Investment
This new section covers work related to foreign direct investment regulations and reviews, including advice on FDI screening regimes and clearances for inbound investments before the French Ministry of Economy.
