Estudio Echecopar advised INTERBANK on financing to Pesquera Luciana S.A.C.

Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker McKenzie International, advised Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – INTERBANK in connection with a USD 10'000,000.00 loan granted to Pesquera Luciana S.A.C. for (i) the prepayment of a loan granted by another financial institution; and (ii) carrying out a buyout of three of its shareholders. This deal included, as a condition precedent, the entry into force of a spin-off where Pesquera Luciana S.A.C. and other corporations participated.
