Advising FIBRA II in the elaboration of the Due Diligence and, specially, in the structuring and implementation of a contractual scheme and related acts, designed with the purpose of (i) acquiring through a purchase option right, an industrial piece of land in the Callao region, with an area of 62,035 m2; and (ii) as soon as FIBRA II's acquisition was closed, grant the property in usufruct for 25 years in favour of a company that operates port terminals.

At the moment, there is a lack of industrial lands in Callao (given its strategic location, with access to the port of the same name). In this context, this operation is not only important due to its value, but also for the large land area involved, an unusual situation in the current real estate market.
