We have given advice and assisted on several large, international, transactions that involved notification to the competition authorities in more than one country. Our lawyers value adapting advice to the needs of the customer, and we actively use the regulations to find opportunities and good solutions. Our team has extensive experience with EU/EEA and competition law as lawyers and from the Norwegian Competition Authority, the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) and the Ministry of Trade and Industry. In particular, we have assisted market players within IT and media, the food industry, construction, energy, pharmaceuticals, motor vehicles and retail.
