- Allen & Gledhill acted for Rigco Holding in connection with the restructuring of an approximately USD880 million in delivery obligations and debt owed by Borr Drilling.
- Allen & Gledhill acted as lead counsel for DBS Bank and Natixis in the USD3.85 billion insolvency of Hin Leong Trading and Ocean Tankers, managing the court actions and recovery efforts.
